The layout
Divided into four sections, the Overview page has a couple of key functions.
- This project header loads from the root folder name in a project file structure
- This image is the project thumbnail and shows up when you load a job from the
Open Jobbutton. - Here, you can add users to project assignments. You can use just first names or first/last name combos. Names are comma-separated like
NameA, NameB. - This Project Tasks section is for basic project tasks or reminders—freeform "reminders" to do stuff. There are no rules for what goes here. This section helps track the broad-stroke "need to remember to do this thing" stuff.

To load a thumbnail, click on the general area and browse to an image on your computer.

Project tasks
In Project Tasks, you can toggle completed tasks, assign users, toggle a priority state, or attach notes with more information.
